PTCL Launches Distinctive Bill Alert Service

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has introduced a new service “Bill Alert Service” to facilitate its wireless (Postpaid) and landline customers.
This new service will help the customers to protect them against late deposits of bills and hassle of additional surcharges. This service by PTCL will inform its customers about their bill and its due date of payment via SMS alert on 10th and 17th of each month without any additional charges.
This service can be used after free subscription on PTCL helpline. Customers will have to provide their updated mobile to PTCL for getting these SMS.
Also with this service customers will not have to wait for the arrival of the traditional bill instead they can approach any near one stop shop by PTCL and can deposit their bill after showing the SMS received by the service.
At the launch of this service, SEVP Commercial NaveedSaeed said that it’s a great pleasure for PTCL to introduce PTCL Bill Alert Service for its customers. He was of the view that in today’s fast lifestyle we tend to forget the things of prime importance and this service is another effort by PTCL to facilitate its loyal customer base
AasifInam EVP Consumer Services was of the view that the bill alert service has been especially designed for our customers who are unable to receive their bills on time or forget to pay them due to some reason. This service will prevent them against extra charges. The SMS alerts twice a month (on the 10th to 17th of each month) would be an extra reminder for the customers to pay their bills on time so that they can keep on availing the best telecom network in Pakistan. This would also reinforce PTCL top of the mind presence and image as a customer centric organization. He said that PTCL will keep introducing such novel service time to time for its customer because at PTCL, customers are the main priority.
